Treatment suitability and expected outcomes will vary between individuals, and payment for a completed treatment does not depend on achieving a particular health outcome.

Refunds for completed treatments will generally not be available simply because the expected result has not been achieved.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or appointments missed without notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of the relevant appointment payment.

6. Fees & Payment
Treatment fees are communicated at the time of booking or are displayed on the Herbal Zen Clinic website.
Additional charges may apply for certain services, including Chinese herbal medicine, herbal products or other treatments where applicable.
Prices may be changed from time to time. Where a treatment or package has already been purchased, the price confirmed at the time of purchase will normally apply.

Payment is due in accordance with the booking or payment terms provided by Herbal Zen Clinic.

Where a client intends to claim treatment costs through private health insurance, the client remains responsible for payment unless direct billing has been specifically agreed in advance.

Herbal Zen Clinic cannot guarantee that an insurer will reimburse the cost of treatment.
7. Treatment Packages & Pre-Paid Services
Where treatment packages or pre-paid services are offered, the terms applicable to the relevant package will be provided at the time of purchase.
